【重磅消息】2021年美国商标申请注册要涨价，这些费用即将上调！

前段时间亚马逊对品牌备案政策调整，从必须要有注册商标才能上架到需要有品牌才能开店，足以证明商标和VAT一样，已经成为进入亚马逊平台的必备条件。

对于准备进入亚马逊市场的卖家来说，先注册商标是必须的，而美国专利商标局（USPTO）最新出的收费标准无疑又提高了门槛。

2019年8月，美国专利商标局（USPTO）就发布了Federal Register notice，宣布计划行使其收费设置权限来设置或调整商标费用。2020年11月17日，USPTO最终确认了针对美国商标官费调整方案，新的收费标准将于2021年1月2日开始生效。

本次官费调整主要包括以下方面：

1、Application and application-related fees（商标申请及相关费用）
2、Post registration fees（基于section 8&71规定的使用宣誓费用）
3、Petition to the Director and letter of protest fees（请愿书费用）
4、TTAB fees （商标审理与上诉委员会的异议、上诉和审判程序费用）

同时，USPTO也增加了部分新收费：

1、Deleting goods, services, and/or classes from a registration after submitting a section 8 or 71 declaration, but before the declaration is accepted（在提交第8或71节声明后，接受声明之前，从登记中删除货物、服务和/或类别）
2、Letter of protest（申诉书）
3、Filing a second or subsequent, requests for an extension of time to file an appeal brief in an ex parte appeal filed（提交第二次或随后的请求，要求延长上诉的摘要）
4、For appeal briefs in an ex parte appeal filed（提交单方面上诉摘要）
5、For requests for oral hearings（口头听证）
